How do I adjust headlight cutoff (leveler)

Hi, so I've damaged my front headlight leveler when I installed my springs and replaced it with another rod.

But now my cutoff is wayyyyy off. on a flat road my cutoff is almost to the roofof the houses ( way over oncoming traffic..) I know there is a way to just lower the thing, but I dont know where the adjuster is and I cant find it in the manual

thanks

Park your car 20 feet from your drive way. Turn on your lights. Wait for headlights to heat up. Then, adjust the lights accordingly. should be 1/4 height of garage door.
