high mount brake light not working

high mount brake light not working

My third brake light is not working and it is not the bulb. Any ideas? Used a test light and the connector is not getting any power.

i found it. both wires were severed inside the grommet where they go into the decklid. what a pain in the ***. spliced them back together and all good now.

for something as important as the brake light, probably want to solder them instead so they'll never come loose accidentally.
