High Beams and Low Beams

When the high beams are switched on, are the low beams supposed to switch off, or do they stay on?

low stays on, fog switches off.

Low stays on(i don't have fog lights so mine fogs don't do anything haha) yeah i want to change my High's to HID so I can really blind ppl lol
