HELP!! emergency
HELP!! emergency
Ok here is the problem, when i turn my car and all the lights are flashing, when i turn it off and try to start the car again, it WON"T start. I have the first version K&N intake and SR pulley sysetm. some thing wrong with my electric. If my car won't start, which tow company should i call because my car is way too low, it got mazdaspeed kit and tein suspension which is lowered all the way.
Is the engine cranking?
If not, its probably a dead battery.
If it is, then its probably flooding.
Whichever one you call(try AAA), ask for them to send a flatbed. But even with a flatbed they are going to ruin your bumpers when they take it on/take it off, unless you raise it.

I called the dealership, they tell me the same thing, they say wait for few horus then try to turn the car on, i hope it works. IF it doesn't i don't know what to do....
second day morning, i try to turn the car on again, it WORKS but now all the lights are on, (ABS,DSC,engine light, coolant light) every light is on, it's like christmas in my car. Any one now why? is it because of my K&N intake?
id just say sumthing electrical, take her to the dealer and check it out. also sice u have a lowered car, when u need a towtruck get a flatbed truck when asking. and get wood planks of a thick size and have the tow driver but these under the ramp and drive onto the wood, this raises ur car, and wont get ur MS kit it to trouble.
drive it around for an hour then turn it off. Let the battery recharge after it starts.
When you start this car and the battery is almost dead a bunch of the systems shut off. It's happened to me before but only the DCS and TCS shut off.

I'm sorry to say but batteries really don't charge much after driving them around...once fully drained unless a deep cycle the battery will be in poor shape forever
the solution? yellow top optima :D now u have an excuse to upgrade out of that shitty oem panasonic

I changed the intake back to stock, everything seem to be working fine, but after i drove the car about 45min, all the light come up again..... now i just start hating the car, i am bring it in to the dealership tomorrow, i know the car will start....
reply to all lights on on dash
your problem sounds like an alternator problem more than likely bad diode if a diode goes bad in alternator it will leak a/c voltage into the system this can cause all sorts of strange things with driveability and usually lights on the dash coming on all at once er: the christmas tree effect

An alternator, unlike a generator, produces AC current it relies on one way diodes to convert this to DC current if one or more diodes is bad ac leakage occurs. the warning lights on the dash are supplied with power all the time and are grounded to turn them on , but since ac voltage is alternating power and ground it will cause lights to come on they actually go on and off at 60 times a second, but since the human eye only sees about 35 times per second, you wont ever see the off time. so the lights appear to stay on! but usually they are slightly dimmer than usual if this happens, because of the switching effect of ac from + to -
