help! On starting my 6sp rx8 I heard warning beeps with a "horseshoe like symbol with an exclamation mark in the center" lite up on my dash???? Whats wrong ? My car is running OK. The light eventually went off. Unfortunately I misplaced my manual.

 

Power Steering malfunction light?

 

Sounds like tire pressure warning. Could go away when tires warm up and pressure builds. Get a good tire pressure guage and make sure they are inflated properly. Saves on gas and tire wear too!

 

That symbol is supposed to be the cutaway view of a tire and as mentioned it's the Tire Pressure Monitoring System Warning Light.

do check your pressure though, they shouldnt be that low cold anyway

 

I lost a set of S-03s by not paying attention to that light...

 

Ouch! Those have been on factory back-order, too. Bad break, man...
