Angry help????

my 8 is giving hell. but anyways my sun visor split and the wires for the light touched and grounded out. well my screen that tells me my radio stations and outside temp wont turn on and my radio or ac isnt working.anybody have any ideas?

Yes, fis the wires with electrical tape.

Check your room fuse.

As razz said, fix the wires first (so you don't blow the fuse again), and check your fuse box. Basic knowledge of electrical systems tells you that fuses are used to stop stuff from frying when there is a short or power surge. Instead of the electronics getting fried, the fuse fry. $.20 fix versus a couple hundred or thousand(s) dollar fix.

well i taped them off and replaced the fuse that got blown but my radio and all that still wont work

get a volt meter out and start testing.

i have i checked all under my hood and in the cab are there any behind the radio

If you don't have a volt meter you could try using your tongue too

yes do yall know where any wiring diagrams are to the head unit and all that?

Yea but that wont help you, its a cluster of wires, that makes absolutely no sense.

What you need to do is check the rest of the fuses in your car.

But the issue is not going to be found in the wiring. You must have overlooked a fuse
