Heater

What is the solution provided by the dealer, when the heating controls dont work properly, such as its either always cold or always hot, no medium or in between settings. Replacement under warranty or ....?

replacement under warranty, i had it done and so have alot of others. there's a tsb for it.

No matter what they do it still works that way.

Live with it. Do a search. They need a new redesign.
