I believe i might have over charged my AC, but it has a really hard idle every 30 sec when the AC is on, it seems to go away when its off.... Is this the AC possibly overcharged?

 

If you over-charged your A/C, the compressor won't run. The pressure switch will detect the over-pressure after the A/C clutch engages and immediately disengage the clutch.

If your A/C is blowing cold air, your pressure is probably fine. Vibration when the A/C clutch is engaged is fairly normal. If it's really bad, your motor mounts are probably shot. From anecdotal evidence on these boards, the OEM motor mounts die pretty quickly.

Edited to add: My car has 64K miles on it and the motor mounts are shot. It's on my todo list.
