For the love of god, I cannot get this metal clip un-latched to replace the non-hid headlight with Sylania Silverstars. Anyone have any input on getting that bastage out so I don't have to pay the dealer to change em?

Which ones are you trying to replace? Hibeams or Lowbeams? The metal clips are easy to unlatch. Just press on the hanging side forward while trying to move it down or up depends on how the clip is locked. I tried both ways coz I could not see it properly when I did it. I installed them at night after work (i couldn't stand the stock bulbs anymore)

As for the highbeams, I have not touched those yet and I have no plans on getting Silverstars for them. I realized that on my Solara, I spent for 2 silverstars that I rarely or never used coz they were on the highbeams.
