Good-win-racing.com, a pretty informative site
A good friend of mine from CA turned me onto this website. He's deeply entrenched in the AutoX community over there, and these guys always turn out great cars. Their RX8 was the class leader last year, from what I understand.
Anyhoo, you all might learn something from reading through their site:

They have a bunch of great little FAQ's about turning various MAZDA cars. Note the comment on synthetic oil at the bottom in regards to the RX8.
