Guys my rx8 is in pakistan its like 45-50 degrees celcius here.

I wanted to ask , when i shut off the car after a nice run with redlining the fan is still running after i turn off the car and park it.

it runs for about 5-10 minutes...is this normal ?

I guess its for cooling down the engine but its the first time this has happened and its is also the first time i have driven it in such weather.

It happened to mine, specially when the weather gets hot above 100, but only lasted less than 2 minutes.
