engine rebuilded,vacuum numbers???

hi there!i am a happy owner of a turbocharged rx8,and i have a question for all of you there:
i have rebuilded my motor before 400 km,the motor is a 4 port but with the rebuild we used a crankshaft, rotors, and sationary gears from a six port engine.we have compression over 8.4 bars on all seals on the both rotors, engine is running very good and smooth,no problems at all, starts every time and does not stall, the idle is perfect.
the vacuum readings on idle are arround 15 inHg on idle and arround 14,5 with the air con on,but engine is working smooth.before the rebuild my readings were over 17 but the engine had 6.3 bars of compression. What do you think about this?P.S. i am watching the vacuum values with my greddy boost controller, elevation is 255 m and baro pressure 1005 Hpa and my car is turbocharged with the greddy kit, some updates on it and Cobb tuning.
thanks

recheck the vacuum at 2K rpm with no load on the engine. I bet it will be close to 19 or so.
