engine looks jumpy

i turned on my car today and looked under the hood and my engine seems too be a little jumpy and i see some exhaust fumes in the car. i pretty sure they are to different problems anyone can help with this

but when i drive the car still has power everything seems fine

mounts ?

You should not see fumes if you have stock cat on.

Bad mounts and not enough play in your exhaust system which is pulling on the manifold??? Just a guess...
