At first when i read the title i imagined you walking to your car and the hood was open and someone stole your engine, that or it ran away lol
anyway, its not... i dont think..., warranty is 8yrs 100k miles, im not sure when the timer starts but i think it classifies your car as a 2003 build and goes from there, if so then your warranty was up around 2011, if not and it starts in 2004 then you MIGHT be okay, granted youd have to provide receipts and lots of them showing you were adding 5W20 and whatnot.
When was your last coil/wire/plug change?
Your cars engine may not even be toast, i havnt read enough to say when a engine is toast or not so someone else might be able to provide better insight.

Well trying to crank the engine over doesn't work the car sounds like it wanted to but just not enough kick to get it going I can pop start it but I would have to keep throttling it to keep it alive the car shoots flames varying from orange to blue but as soon as I take it off the throttle it dies

Warranty is 96 months from date of original purchase. So when the original owner (if not you) bought the car, that's when the warranty starts.
My 04' is having the engine replaced at the dealership right now under warranty.
I'm not the original owner (bought used) and I hadn't checked in what month the car was purchased, but apparently I'm still within the 8yr/96month period.
I've heard some dealerships require maint. records to honor the warranty, some don't seem to raise any fuss over it unless there's clearly neglect.
Before anything was brought up about the warranty, I simply informed them that I service my vehicles myself (which I do).
If you're popping flames... you need to replace your cat (at least).
I would advise you to do so BEFORE you trying having any warranty work done if you're still looking down that road.
