Electronic control unit update

hi

i have got a 2003 rx-8 types,i wanna upgrade my ECU to the latest software.How can i upgrade it. there is no such mazda dealer in our country.

if you have no mazda dealer availible, then your best option is probably to get the AccessPort from MazdaManiac, once its ready for your region., and use his calibrations.

how abt upgrading the ecu by disconnectin it from the car and take it to singapore
mazda dealer....is there ne side effect

Yes, but is it an "import", "grey-market", etc.
What spec is the PCM - Asian market, European market, North American market, etc.
There are quite a few countries that only have US market RX-8s.

All Mazda RX-8 imported in Bangladesh are JDM. I got my ECU re-flashed by myself with Scanalyser Pro Tuner to the latest calibration.
