E-Shaft Nominal Measurements...

I'm looking for a nominal spec for the diameter of the e shaft rotor journals. I remember seeing that the nominal spec was 2.9130" for older RX-7's and wasn't sure if that was still true. I'm in the process of rebuilding\ordering parts and mine measure at 2.9125".

Now using the method described in the rebuild manual I've an oil clearance of .0058 which is out of spec and I need to replace the bearings but I'm not sure If I need the over-sized N3A311B11 (3.005mm) or the N3A211B11 (3.000mm) or the standard N3A1 (2.995, I believe). I cannot find the color mark on either of the rotor bearings.

I've pressed the bearing out and have measured the internal circumference of where the bearing will be pressed in figuring that I can calculate which bearing I'd need. That measurement was 3.1469 so here is where I get stumped....the distance between the journal and the rotor bearing seat is .1172~.1178." which is smaller than the tightest bearing.

Any advice or ideas?
