Ok When i'm driving i have my DSC light says "DSC Off" does that mean its actually on or off? cuz i've been reading a few post and i have no clue. This could be just a really stupid question and it really means off But i dunno

 

Did you press DSC off button? Maybe by accident? Turn car to off to remove key after you have warmed up the engine. When you restart the engine if DSC off is lit then you have a problem and need to go to the dealer!

 

If the DSC Off light is lit up - the DSC is off.

It's possible that your DSC simply needs to be reset if the battery has been disconnected at some stage: Simply turn on the ignition and crank the steering wheel all the way to the left, then all the way to the right, then back to center, then turn the ignition off and back on.

 

Your DSC light should not be on when starting your car unless you hit the button. If your light comes on immediately upon starting your car and does not go off then either you have a problem with your DSC or it needs to be reset like eccles said above. Instructions to reset the DSC are in your RX8 instruction manual.

To turn of TSC & DSC, press and hold the DSC button for 7 seconds.
