The mounts on my '04 were cracked about 2 years ago, and replaced under warranty. Today, I was looking through my service records and noticed that they used the part # from the automatic transmission engine on my MT car! Te replacements helped a lot, but it was never completely vibration free, although this could be from a number of things.

I searched on here, but I can't find anything about what the actual difference is in the parts. Is it anything that significantly affects their function?

I'm wayyy out of warranty and it's not a huge deal so I'm not gonna take it to mazda. But if it's something major I could replace them myself.

Any thoughts??
