Saw some the other day at "Pep Boys" (parts store). There were various sizes; don't know if any fit the RX-8's plug.
This was always a hassle with my old Miata; go to any Mazda dealer and for some reason your odds on getting the correct size are about 50%. I ended up making a photocopy to keep in my wallet.
What I'm planning on doing is installing a Fumoto valve; never have to worry about crush washers again, along with easier changes. Do a forum search on "fumoto".

Whats wrong with going to a dealer. I think if you want the right part, you go to the people who work on them daily. Your investment on your 8 is probably worth paying fifty cent more knowing its correct. If they sell you the wrong one, they're responsible for any problems caused.

I agree, they have the IPBs to research for the numbers. At a min you could always buy 20 or so. Then you would not have to look at the parts guy for a couple of years.
