does anyone have this problem, I had it since new and never really worried about it,Now my car is 6 yrs old and 46500 miles on it and they won't cover it,even thou I have service records showing my complaint on it. Is there a recall page on this?

pull it out, and have it rebuilt, or replace it with another used one... You might want to check the clutch pedal it may be sagging, and check your clutch slave cyl.

 

you mean grinding experienced when shifting into second gear at high rpms? I used to have the same problem when shifting into 4th, I replaced the oem transmission oil with redline 70w90 if I recall correctly and the problem went away soon after... no more grinding in any gear.

 

transmission oil should be replaced every 30K miles. i have had excellent luck using redline MTL.
