Hi all new to the forum so apologies if posted in wrong section. I have a late 2003 231ps with all the electric extras for UK, sat nave rev sensors. On the steering wheel controls for cruise control as well as audio (which works). Problem is when pressing on/off button nothing happens when driving above the correct speed limit. Question is how do I know if it is fitted as an option. I can not seem to find a fuse or relay for it. If not fitted how easy is it to make it active as some posts say everything is fitted ready? Thanks everyone.

 

do you have any CEL codes being indicated (Check Engine Light on the dash)?

If you have the cruise button, you have the option. More than likely its a fuse, I don't know exactly which one but its easy enough to just check them all.

 

Check the following...

Brake Lights, also Boot Lid Brake Light and or it's wiring.
Brake Light Switch, (brake pedal).
Clutch Pedal interlock Switch.
Could be Neutral Switch in Transmission (doubt it)
