I am experiencing rough shaky shaky idle on 2008 rx8, no codes, Throttle body cleaned.... 2 weeks shy of 3 years and only 28000 miles. I chased this issue with a 9 yr old GM, but could the mounts be bad already? Does not seem to duplicate for the dealer. Any suggestions?

 

It's a possibility, just like any of the other possible causes for a shaky idle.

 

Mine shakes, but not too bad. If it shakes very badly (usually on idle), change it as soon as possible. It could change the dynamics of the performance of the engine.
