There are clearly a lot of brands to choose from but one very important aspect is the type of clutch you choose. Manufacturers typically divide them into stage 1, 2, 3 etc.
Unless you're looking to install forced induction on your RX8 anytime soon, the Stage 1 clutch will suit your needs. Aftermarket stage 1 clutches are usually good up to about 350whp. However, I'm aware of various FI RX8's pushing over 350whp that still use the stock clutch.
The higher the stage the more claming force you usually have and or friction material. Normally these clutches result in a heavier pedal feel and often they have limited slippage capability. This means you can't feather the clutch as much like you would in traffic making the car hard to drive anywhere but the track.
Do a search for clutches here on 8club and you'll find a wealth of information.

^^ what he said.
The extra clamping force might result in faster transmission wear so make sure that you take one that is soft enough when engaging.
I would also check your clutch pedal, it might be flexing, causing some extra slippage.

And if you get an upgraded clutch, make sure your clutch pedal isn't showing signs of breaking.

Many of us have either welded the pedal or "reinforced" it (but we won't get into that discussion here ).
