clutch problem wont go into gear

ok so i just put a brand new engine in the rx8 and about a week and a half later im driving around town and all of a sudden it doesnt want to go into first, so i got it to coast enough to get into first and second and into a gas staion parking lot and then towed home the next night. car wont go into gear when its running, off just fine (no brainer) car will still start and idle but if you try to put it into gear it will just slowly try to move without it actually getting into gear, try to start it in first and the car jumps and dies. everything seems to be working bled the clutch lines and the clutch is strong, no air bubbles. the fluid is pushing the fork peice that goes into the tranny area just fine, the only thing i can think is that maybe its just not pushing it enough. oh and you know how when you dont push the clutch when its idling and it makes that whiring noise then when you push the clutch in it goes away, that noise just isnt there at all now. im about to replace the clutch master cylinder and pray it fixes it but before i go spending money does anyone have any possible ideas pls pls pls.

ok just checked the bracket this morning and nothing is broken or bent on it, will move left and right a bit but thats only if i make it, not break a break or tear in the bracket itself. i go pic up a new clutch master cylinder to start the process of elimination at noon, anymore ideas till then?

What did you use for trans oil and how much?

Doublecheck the PPF position alignment.

Do not change your MC, likely nothing wrong with it if you have good pedal pressure.

There is a clutch pedal throw/alignment procedure in the service manual.
