Hey guys have attached pic, see the part circled in red, it's able to move back and forth by a few mm's, is this normal?

Chat gpt says new washer or worn bushes? But I'm pretty sure there is still a washer on the there and I also don't see how one washer could stop that much movement?

Will try get the bushes out today and replace but also wouldn't think they would stop horizontal movement only vertical.

40th anni 2007 rx8, having clutch issues.

Was having issues with the clutch not disengaging and then the other day the pedal popped and moved closer to the brake pedal, I have popped it back into alignment but it will pop out again if depressed all the way

 

Looks like a broken clutch pedal bracket 🤦 idk how this wasn't just a recall, so stupid...
