clutch assembly reinforcement, mazsport clutch bracket

you can weld it if you want. take it to a friend with a welder for a few beers or go to a local welder. i cant imagine it will take long or be expensive. but the flimsy metal remains and i've seen pics where the actual metal tore. not the welds. so the bracket is definitely worth it. it will basically create a cage around the pedal that really locks it down into place.
you will be amazed at how different the clutch feels when you install it. the installation is pretty easy for someone that does other small stuff on their car. like installing an intake, exhaust, or replacing the ignition coils. if a mechanic charges you more than an hours labor to install it... its a rip off.

Every flipping post by you is bashing Americans. Get the **** out of my country then. Goodbye. I am very interested in this bracket, but you sir need to go. Pack your ****, no more talking go away. America doesn't want you. Let someone who gives a **** about this country have your job and leave.
Anyways, the bracket
Considering it sounded a bit sketch about whether BHR has discontinued the entire assembly or not. You guys still have the entire set up? I've been riding with the thing creeking for so long I want to do the entire assembly not just a metal blob over whats there.

Just report it as "it might have a problem"

you may need to pop your hood and push the master cylinder back against the firewall. if it has moved, everything won't line up and you won't be able to get the nuts on.

My petal is fine, i just figured it would be easier installation if i buy the complete assembly haha.
Im replacing my transmission soon, and wanted to have this bracket installed same day, as well as a new clutch for the hell of it.
Is the bracket itself easy to install?

Ok, so I just got mine in today, all 3 nuts tight, and the rod in the hole. Car wont start. What did you all do to get it back to working. I saw the first post he said that the metal offset it but he never mentioned what he did to fix it. Any help is appreciated!

^Did you remember to plug in the starter interlock switch?
If so, you may need to pull out that white plunger some.
Easy way to verify if you're looking in the right place is to manually press in that white plunger and start the car
Obviously no need to press the clutch pedal... but make sure the car is in neutral.

its a very easy install. im sure i could have cut it down to 45 minutes if i hurried. the nuts are a bit of a pain as dan said, but its pretty straight forward.
remove clutch, its only 4 bolts. lol.
Edit: Remove the limit switches
drill hole in clutch assembly, very easy
attach bracket
Edit: Reinstall limit switches
reinstall clutch
