Hey people, I was wondering if anyone can tell me what this thing is about a computer chip in the computer system of the car that makes it go slower, and if u take it out its illegal? but it makes the car go faster? please if u know any infomation about this please tell me. Thank You

There is no removeable chip in the PCM. It's just garbage info.
