I got a surprise, no throttle action!
Car cranked fine, idled high, but throttle no workey....


CEL scan shows 2109 and 2112.
P2109 TP sensor minimum stop range/performance problem ON 1 CCM ´

It was crud in the bottom of the throttle body tube, blocking the throttle plate from moving correctly.

WD-40 and a rag to clean it and the throttle works fine.

 

did the code zero itself out and the check engine light now OFF? (P2112) I have same issue... after cleaning it, should I disconnect the battery to cancel out the codes?
