car won't start, loud ckicking sound
I am in process installing dvd player, last night when I tried to start the car for 1 first time, there such a rupture power off and everything gone blank. This morning I tried jump cable, all I heard is loud clicking sound, car won't start, please tell me what is the problem, thanks.

Yeah, don't understand why someone said it would be the alternator at this point.......unless they completely fried it and it was pulling the battery way down???????
I agree.............disconnect the DVD(by the way, did you hook it up right???). Check all the fuses...............when you tried to get another battery jump it, did you hook it up backwards(even for a second?). If you did and most everything is dead, the you bettere check the main 120A fuse located on the side of the fuse box located in the engine bay.
