Cool Vague.....

Not much to go on, did you just fill up? Could be a batch of rusty wet gas.

Can you accelerate fast, or does it bog down when you try to? Could be a weak fuel pump.

If it goes well, then slowly dies as you try to give it more gas, could be a blocked cat......

i had about 1/2 tank when it started ... i went back to the station and filled up again and added a fuel cleaner ... it helped the next morning going to work driving for 45 mins with no problems ... coming home it ran fine for 1/2 hour and started again ... when the problem happens i give gas and it just bogs and slowly dies ... but if i drop it into a lower gear it runs again then i give it gas and bogs down to a stall ... i did notice that the fuel pump started to make a lot louder whistle sound ... today it stalled on my while on a major highway which was not safe so i am dropping it off in the morning at the dealership.

Sounds like water to me.

Fuel cleaner does crap.

YOU NEED HEAT.

HEAT removes water. Run quick go get it now.

Your welcome.

Yeah i wonder if that happened while pumping at those stations that don't have an overhang during the rain. where can i get heat at? autozone or some automotive store like that? i'll try that today but the car is going in monday for a recall anyhow so i'll have them look into the problem anyway. thanks for the much help
