Does anyone on the forum have the contact information for BHR. I have not gotten any response from them within the last five days. I have posted on their own website, through PMs, and on the original thread that Charles posted on. I was wondering if anyone else is having these issues contacting the members of BHR. Thanks for your help.

Uh, while me being confused isn't anything unusual...I'm confused.

I'm not sure where you posted on the website as I don't even show an account for you. If you used our contact page and didn't get a reponse I'll look into that since it may be broken.

Since myself, Charles and Erick are on this forum daily no one has any issues reaching us. If there's something you need feel free to PM me and I'll see what I can do.

If this is in regard to reconditioning your BHR Ignition Upgrade Erick and I have already responded to your post in the other thread.

He already did that and I already answered him.

 

I wanted to post back in this thread letting everyone know that BHR did get in contact with me and Charles reconditioned my ignition solution free of charge. He included a personal note stating what all he did to the system and I didn't even have to pay the shipping!! The turn-around time was also very quick. The system got to my house yesterday and it looks as good as new. Thanks BHR for such great service once I was able to catch one of you guys. Merry Christmas everyone!!

 

I'm going to be following up on another experience I've had with Charles, in due time.
