When I start the car I get some bad engine vibes. the whole car shakes pretty good and wont stop till ive thrown her and drive and get on it. Its an automatic '04, low miles and not really thrown around. Where should I start looking to stop this problem? Thanks for the help in advance. If ya need more info, let me know.

how much miles u talkin?? mines at 24k 04 AT motor mount maybe? And Whats the build date on it early o3?

 

04 at 40k which is normal i guess I should have said. The sticker shows date 04/04

 

start with the motor mounts, then coils, plugs, wires.

then motor.. all should be covered under warranty..

I am not sure, just the typical warranty on it I believe. I bought it a few months ago though. Whats the typical cover and when it expire?

 

um on the o4's most of the warrantys are pretty much up i think your powertrain just expired. but u do have the engine warranty until 8years 100k miles...

One thing u can do is take the car into the nearest mazda dealership, and ask if all the recalls have been done. theyll do it for free then mention the shakiness u mentioned. They prolly do a vac test. never no it might be engine replace time. but atleast its free. keep us posted

well on the 04 in the us. the powertrain is 5 years / 60 k miles. motor is 8/100.

powertrain is the key.

yessir.

Went up to prince Mazda today and they said that the motor mounts are worn and they have em ordered and that my CP needed updated. All covered under warranty. e done next Tuesday while im TDY in Vegas. Woo!
