I have a used 04 RX8, I remember reading on here somewhere that there was a service bulletin about the air conditioning needing to be repaired to perform to maximum capacity. How do you know if your car was fixed, my car does not blow the coldest air it may just need some freon but I was wondering if there was a way to know if this has been fixed on my car.

 

You talking about the AC Amplifer, if you have early 04 and it has never been done at dealership u should get one, and you can get it at any junk yard really cheap.

As for "Freon", u mean R134a, u should not touch it unless you know what you're doing, cuz you might end up introducing air into your system.
