The whole site is pretty much a "help me out" forum.

"Trouble Shooting" would be my first choice for something like this, given that it involves a broken part. "Tech Garage" would also be reasonable if you couldn't figure out which sub forum.

Questions that don't involve broken parts or problems - like, say, asking how to have sex in an RX-8 - would go in RX-8 Discussion under General Topics.
