911!! MAFS sensor information help please!

All - my turbo project has been a saga!! I am on the last issue!

My MAFS sensor went today and I am getting a high voltage MAFS code. I am wondering 2 things.

1. Is this a generic MAFS that is ued in a number of cars?
2. Does anyone know if Mazda uses the same MAFS in the Speed3
