30000 mile service recomm..

im tryin to do my 30000 mile service...and wanted to see wat kinds of fluids you guys recommend...
i have a sunlight silver auto..
wat kind of atf?
wat kind of rear differential fluid.
and other 30000 mile serive requirements..

Is it really that difficult to type an "h"? The word is "what"... with an "h". Check your owner's manual which has all the info you need on fluid types and amounts.
