Road and Track published braking statistics.

2004

60-0 114 ft

80-0 202 ft


2009

60-0 122 ft

80-0 218 ft


Salom

2004 68.5 mph
2009 70.8 mph

2004 .88g
2009 .90g

How can braking be worse?

Must be a mis print.

which model of 04 did they test ? basic one or what ?

cuz I know weight has a big role in stopping distance.

Grand Touring 2004 I have the R&T PDF

This month they featured a road test with the specs on the R3.
Can't article find it on line. It may be there but it is buried.

It could have been the larger rims on the 09 if it was the R3.. interesting though..
