the best deal i could find was at advanced, a 2.0 kw. starter. once i put it in i was like holy sh!#. that thing spins alot faster than a stock rebuilt one! and at $ 150. not bad at all. best up graded one i found yet. 2005 rx-8 auto.

 

I just did mine about 2 weeks ago, 2005 manual and I could not believe the difference. If I so much as look at the key it starts right up now.

 

How does it compare in all spec categories.

 

Just so u guys know that even the original starter will spin faster than your old, worn out "updated" starter

 

yea, my brushes were bad, i bet if i had cleaned them i would have gotten about the same results. thanks for the come back .
