1st gear vibration??

I just got my 8 recently, it's an 04 w/ 17k miles, 6spd. Today when I'm driving it feels like the shift **** vibrates when I'm accelerating on the 1st gear, all other gears seem normal. Is my tranny going south? TIA.

The car is still under warranty so take it in to a Mazda dealer to have it checked. Could be a number of things causing the vibration including a faulty motor mount, failing clutch, failing tranny, and so on. All those problems have been reported on this forum at one time or another in the past. If you want to read some of those posts, do a search for vibration. The SEARCH button is your friend.
