I have a 05 rx8 shinka AT with a fresh rebuilt engine, new red top optima battery, ngk plugs and wires, and relatively new ignition coils, new upgraded starter.
I have been having hot start issues since I got the car, did compression test on it and it was bad so I had it rebuilt. I had it tested after the rebuild and the #s are
First test
rotor 1 front: 7.8 , 6.9, 7.0 @ 194 rpm
rotor 2 rear : 7.7 , 7.1, 7.1 @ 195 rpm

second test
rotor 1 7.4, 6.7 , 6.9 @193 prm
rotor 2 7.2 , 7.3 , 7.3 @198 rpm

I recently had the fuel pump recalled and got it in for the replacement. The engine has under 3k miles on it.
does anyone see something that I am missing? I have tried everything but nothing has seemed to work! I'm new with cars in general and just really want my dream car to reliably start after driving!
I also always warm up my car before turning it off.the car sometimes will stall when idling in drive ( sometimes stalls, other times it holds idle just fine at around 800rpm)
