Best first mod?

07 model, with 6port AT, Cobb Accessport or Racing Beat intake and exhaust? Also would i get more gains from the RP Super-Cat or the exhaust?

Thanks from a potential new RX-8 owner.

personally a great first mod is window tint...completely changes the look of the car for 115 bux or less.

performance wise i say my flywheel was the best mod, then the catless midpipe...

my fav mod is my blacked out tails and the ride drop.

windows are tinted already, i'm thinking a set of springs might be first then i will work on the power later. after driving the car again i'm actually pretty satisfied with the performance stock, even with the auto.

If I were you, the greatest mid will be Cobb from MM. Not only better HP n TQ, cooler 8 means faster 8. Do some reaserch on that.

yes yes yes...i can vouche for those mods aswell, i actually did them seperately too. i originally just installed the sway bars which was a great improvment, once i put on the end links later on the improvment was more substantial then before. i bought used so for F/R sways plus endlinks and instaling myself it was all about 3-350 bux....great mod for the money.

other than that, ive tried alot of other things, canzoomer, various intakes, hks ignition amp, pullies, and they just dont have the results id like for the money spent...if you are staying NA i personally feel the only worth while power mods are a flywheel and clutch (might as well since its open), and midpipe, now im leaning towards the cobb as being a worthwhile mod after some here have expressed great results.

A flywheel and clutch won't do him much good with an AT
