mazda maniac's upgrade to the greddy is what i am aiming for >_< stupid thing called money

ptp go to http://projectptp.com/ptp/ptpturbo-k.../i-218781.aspx or if u live in austin like i do just drive over and bug them. useful people gave me a couple brass fittings for my turbo fit as freebies

i was thiking of going to the ptp but got my hands on a used greddy kit which id put on as soon as mazda admits a transmission isnt surposed to clang like a hammer on metal or grind when trying to change from 6th to 5th

Tdiddy has the PTP kit. It's very nice.

Also take a look at Speed Force Racing's kit.

Not sure if SFR, PTP or Esmeril are flash tunable. One of the reasons I stayed aways from them.

There is no kit that isnt flash tunable. The componenents and hardware dont decide if you can flash tune or not. I dont know what the management options are for each individual kit, but if you wanted to flash tune - nothing is stopping you from buying what you need and flash tuning...

ahh, im under the impression that the esmeril kit needs modification before you can tune it with the AP.

I think that MAF placement is giving the most problems for the 8 going turbo charged!

yeah, MAF locatoin on the Esmeril is what keeps it from 'playing nice' with the AP. I'm sure someone will figure it out eventually

If you're interested in the ptp kit look at my threat "Wantedtwo will be boosted.... again." It should be on the first page still. That will give you a good idea on where to start with the ptp kit and my ideas on how to make it play nice with the AP. The PTP kit has three problems with the current maf positions: 3" intake pipe, too close to the turbo, and it's behind a sharp bend. The problem with the Esmeril kit is it has the MAF placed on the pressure side and the MAF can’t see pressure, only flow and not to mention some discrepancies with its brand names but I not getting into that.

And as for NOW the following kits are Flash tunable via AP,Hymee & EFIDude:

01. Greddy
02. MM & BHR
03. Pettit SC
04. Hymee SC
