question about wall thickness on exhaust and header

question about wall thickness on exhaust and header

I want to build a header possibly for a turbo what wall thickness should I use I have access to tube thickness schedule 5 and 10 and does anyone know what pipe size turbo xs uses tube is 3" outside diameter and schedule 5 and 10 are 3" inside diameter and also is there a place I can source a flange for the motor side and midpipe side if not ill have a machine shop make me one

MazdaTrix sells a manifold flange for building a header.

Would .065 wall be sufficient for the header
