PSP, a new way to control?

Ive heard that the new sony PSP in going to be able to be used as a device to monitor things, kind of like the laptops or e-01. Does anyone have info on this. I dont know a whole lot about this aspect of engine management and the accesories that go with it.

If this is the case it would be a pretty good idea it seems to me. You could mount it anywhere with little trouble and take it in and out with ease. Unlike a laptop which is limited to a passenger seat or sitting in front of the dash componets, blocking them from easy use and the profec sitting on the dash for everyone to see. Ive already seen the being used for internet and other capabilities.

If you set up your own little wireless lan in your car and built a webpage that directly interfaces with your monitoring software, then sure, I don't see why not.
