Angry hkpa???

Does anybody know what a hkpa is? I have never heard of this my Blitz boost controller manual is telling me this is how it measure values, is this a typo for kPa? Its telling me that one hkpa is equal to 14.5 psi WTF?

well you can run without it until you get used to boost.remember your boost controller cannot reduce the natural boost curve,only increase it.

Well I set the Peak to .65 hkpa and the boost to .60 hkpa it doesn’t seem to go past that. I set the gain at les than a 1/4 at 20. I have it on the learn setting, its doing the job. It gets closer to the goal every time I drive around. By the way my car idles better that when it was NA. And for some reason I think my gas mileage went up a little. Is this possible or I’m I going nuts. I’m at 5000 ft elevation and I’m using the IntX.
