I had a t04e 60-1 topmount. Was running the yukon coils for ignition. Ran with the stock fuel pump just fine, though I did upgrade to the walbro eventually. I had no aditional cooling mods. I simply wrapped the manifold and downpipe. Engine bay temps never seemed to be an issue and coolant temps stayed reasonable even when I was beating on it in the florida summer. I dont know about lapping a track..but hard street driving was fine. I ran 20w50 as well.
