bhp is hp measured at the crank. So no drive train loss.
Then he says whp, which is wheel horse power, how much power you actually put down to the ground. We seem to lose around 15% or so power from the engine to the wheel.
At any rate, mazsport turbo kits can do over 350 whp. So if it's bhp or whp, he's quite a bit less.
