Dondo's Second Supercharger Build
i have the pump outlet going to the lower part of the a/w intercooler and the return to the storage tank coming from the top pipe. It would work either way. The pump will not pump through the tank though
--make sure you keep prime on the pump--mount it low. These magnetic drive pumps do not draw worth a damn--they pump ok though.

cut the top half off the front support bar--then you have much more room.
I cant remember what the inlet/outlet side of the pump is. mine is mounted in the space between the drivers side oil cooler and the plastic stuff.

About time you finnished with Easy. You had him so long that he has forgotten that he does not need winter clothes in July.
He needs to look to see if my problem is that little electrical problem that you had. I won't keep him long so if you need him after your return from Japan, he should be thawed out by then.

He does?
I never see you anymore
He's leaving tomorrow to come (?) home ?
Not sure why you would not......cooler air outside the engine bay. I've run them inside and out side and the only down side to out side is when it rains. Of course it rarely rains in Vegas so...........
I think Erick found my idle problem but I can't be sure cuz he won't let me drive it yet
. Almost two years of idle problems and it comes down to a broken wire.

Oh wait. I QUIT!
I'll come and service your car and then you can be introduced to BHR's remote site rates.
I was actually in Portland a couple weeks ago. I thought about calling.
But I didn't.

concerning k&n filters outside the engine bay--read some of eric meyers threads and how he lost an engine due to a K&n filter outside the engine bay picking up much more dirt and not filtering it etc. He stated KN filter inside the bay is ok because it doesnt suck up as much dirt.
K&n is not known for its filtering ability. Get a dry filter like aem.
Totally agree the air is cooler outside

just cut that damn front bar ( half off the top) and you have plenty of room for a regular aem filter

the bigger air water cooler really helps, its only 1 1/2 inch thick and its not stacked on top of the a/c condensor. This + an outside dry air filter will knock the intakle charge temps down a good bit--i have seen 20-30F degrees difference in IAT temps and 15-20F difference on post intercooler temps ( after it is heat saturated)
