Best way to data log?
I've recently installed a greddy turbo kit (it was used so I'm using the emanage blue). It's running very smooth, I have an LC-1 to monitor afr and a profec b-spec II boost controller. Ive done a little tuning but all i have to work with is the afr over time graph from the LC-1. I would like to be able to get the afr, boost, and rpm's on the same graph so I know where each one is at and where to tune. There are several alternatives. Innovate has a way to get rpm's into logworks, but I still wouldn't have boost pressure on the graph. Greddy's E-01 looks like a good choice, good logging, plus the extra features over the b-spec II. I've also been considering the Turbo upgrade kit to the emanage ultimate. It also does data logging/boost pressure, and I could plug in the signal from the LC-1. On top of that add on Auto Tune and the upgrade kit sound pretty sweet. I'm a little concerned about the block off plate though, and to my knowledge auto tune isnt really functional yet. If I was to buy the upgrade kit and install it without the block off plate, then why not just keep the blue and use an e-01 to tune it? The block off plate just stabilizes boost all the way to redline right? Doesnt the E-01 have different boost settings for different rpm points? You could just use that to hold boost if you wanted. What is the difference between the Profec E-01 and the plain E-01? Is there a way to log afr with the e-01? Thanks for your input!

Wow. OK.
First of all, I've posted answers to most of that over the last two years, so you can do a search on that for more answers. (I have the EMU installed and the profec E-01)
However, you have a very good command of the ideas, so I will suggest that you get the EMU upgrade and work back from there.
Since you have a car that is responding to the blue E-Manage well, it will probably respond to the EMU even better and that will give you quite a few datalogging possibilities all rolled up into the one interface.
Just so you know, the programming capabilities of the E-01 are not compatible with the EMU, so it will only function as a boost controller (though it can also function as a dashboard for several digital and analog input signals as well) if you take that route.
