what if i install aux adaptor to my music player?could i control my ipod with aux adaptor??

 

Uh, that wasn't english. Do you mean can you control an ipod from the steering wheel/radio using the AuxMod? No. It's just a line in.

 

i mean if it is possible to install my ipod with aux converter??if yes can i change songs artsits by usin my ipod not by steering wheel or radio....

Anything like that just takes a stereo line as an input. So, as long as you can use your ipod controls with your headphones in, which you can as long as your ipod isn't busted, you can use it with an aux input. Same thing.

 

my head units version is 10.01 and i bought neo audio adaptor for ipod nano,when i install it to my head unit it starts charging,writes ok to disconnect on my ipod but doesnt play doesnt write ex on my head unit,also mazda ipod adaptor does the same effect,what should i do??

i have my ipod mounted in sight so i can see the text on that.. 5g video 60gb... but i still want steering controls to change songs... the audiolink DOESNT change the ipod display rigtt? and i can still use the scroll wheel if i have to? that would be ideal. only prob is that i have 9.53 firmware.

 

i don't want that feature, as then i'd have to navigate through playlists through the horrid numbers-only interface on the dashboard. i'd much rather reach over to the ipod on its proclip usa mount and hit "next", or let my passenger play with it.

as for charging, that's easily solved with a belkin auto kit, that also provides a nice line out (vs. headphone level) right off of the cigarette lighter part.
